Privacy Policy
What is collected when you write in, what it is used for, and how to have it removed.

What is collected
When you send an enquiry through this site you are asked for your name, email address, phone number, what the message is about and, if it matters to you, a date you would like a piece by. Nothing else is collected, and payment details are never requested through this website.
The hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address and browser type. Those keep the site available and secure and are not linked to your enquiry.
How it is used
Your details are used to reply to you about a piece, to answer a question about the work, and to arrange delivery if you go ahead. You will not be added to a mailing list unless you ask to be.
Your information is never sold, rented or traded, and it is never passed to anyone else for their own marketing.
How long it is kept
Enquiries that do not lead to a sale are deleted after twelve months. Records relating to a completed sale are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask at any time for a copy of the information held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to david@dgkdesign.com and the request will be actioned within thirty days.
Cookies
This site uses only what is needed to load pages and make the enquiry form work, along with anonymous visitor counts. There are no advertising trackers and no third-party profiling.
