Harmonic Interval
A tall shouldered vase banded at its widest point with a chevron course in black, cream, red and gold.
There is no plain ground on this one. The pattern covers the whole body, a diagonal lattice of stepped diamonds in pale maple and red-brown, outlined throughout in near-black so each shape stays separate from its neighbour.
Small gold squares sit at the centre of the darker diamonds and give the surface its rhythm. The form swells to a full belly and closes to a narrow dark rim.
